As I've said on other parts of this website, I won't go into great detail about the Witchblade TV series, put up tons of show still photos or go into a detailed bio of each character... there are tons of websites already for that!

The Official Witchblade TV Series website is LOADED with information on the show, downloadable show trailers, behind-the-scenes production details, a photo gallery, episode guide and archives from past shows. A wealth of Witchblade knowledge, to say the least. You can even sign up to become a "Bladewielder", to get member's only insider info straight from the TNT.

I will say that I was/am completely enamored of this television show. It went beyond entertaining. It was thought provoking and intelligently done. I didn't miss an episode once from the beginning and I thought the made-for-TV movie was well done and more than just a pilot for an upcoming series.

At one point after the first season was over I read that Warner Bros., owners of the TNT network that airs Witchblade, has made it clear that the longevity of this show depends on the continued good ratings and input from fans. A second season was produced and aired.

Then why was the show cancelled? It has a great following and loads of fans. I also read that Yancy Butler, who plays Sara Pezzini, was admitted to a drug & alcohol rehab program before the end of the second season. It can happen to the best of us. But that doesn't seem like a good reason for completely cancelling the show, and acting as though it never existed! Where are the reruns! So if you liked the show and want to see it for seasons to come, write to the powers that be and let them hear your voice!
